- Your orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days from the order confirmation date, depending on your location. Delivery times may extend during peak shopping periods.
- Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. We ship to a wide range of countries, which can be viewed at the time of order placement.
- Deliveries are made to both residential and business addresses globally.
- In accordance with international consumer protection law, customers have the right to notify us within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, or in the case of services, from the date of contract agreement, to return the product without penalty and without providing a reason.
- Products must be returned with all accessories, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
- We recommend using the original packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. Please provide your bank account details with your return request to process your refund promptly.
