Preamble
This document represents a general terms agreement proposed by Universe Logic and must be accepted before registering on the site or ordering any product and/or service at https://ullogic.com/.
Any registration or order confirmed by the customer by ticking the box "I have read the Terms and Conditions" and by pressing the "Order" button is an acceptance of Universe Logic's offer under the conditions mentioned in Article 9 of the E-commerce Law 365/2002. Clicking the "Register" or "Confirm Order" button constitutes an electronic signature as defined in Article 3, point 10 of Regulation (EU) 910/2014, which has the value of a handwritten signature.
Definitions

• Universe Logic: The company managing the https://ullogic.com/ website.
• Product: Any product that can be purchased by the customer through the https://ullogic.com/ website.
• Service: Any service provided by Universe Logic through the https://ullogic.com/ website and which can be purchased by the customer.
• Customer: Any individual or legal entity making an order on the https://ullogic.com/ website.
• Registered User: Any individual over the age of 16 or legal entity registered on the site, who through the registration process has agreed to the clauses in this document.
• Order: The order to purchase one or more products and/or services shown on the https://ullogic.com/ website, made by a customer.
